It took too long to receive the order. No offense intended, but the website said I would get my tracking information in a couple of days and yet I didn't get anything until I'd emailed twice and about two weeks later. I understand that it was a holiday, but if that had been noted in the checkout on the website, I would have been prepared for the wait. Also, I did say to just cancel and refund my order in my email but whoever responded just explained that the order was being prepared -- as if I didn't even request it to be canceled/refunded. Last, I don't really like the coconut almonds scent but the other two smell wonderful. Overall, I'm satisfied with my order. I'd recommend the Cabernet Sauvignon oil to anyone.
